I shot an arrow into the air, It fell to earth, I knew not where...H.W.Longfellow
The Wanderer is a monthly online newsletter of The Astrologics web site, authored by Hannibal Giudice, Astrologer/Futurist. As the name implies, the topics covered in this monthly newsletter will range far and wide, over the revolving stage of life unfolding on planet earth. This venue is a continuation of my application of Mundane Astrology to the social activities of humanity in the lecture series that began in 1984. Additional information on this subject and a summary of past forecasts is contained in my biography.
The style of these publications is reflective of my nature and personality. It will often change from the formal to informal, serious to hilarious and sacred to the semi-sacrilegious. The range of issues will know no limitations regarding human activity. Politics, the economy, science, religion, recreation and the arts will all share space with other assorted threads, for such is the fabric of the vast multi-colored tapestry of life. Those with dogmatic positions will doubtless be disappointed. The heavens do not function fragmented as do people; their message is eternally whole.
I write as I would speak, and will speak of many things twixt cabbages and kings...
"People come to an astrologer for wisdom. If that doesn't frighten you...you should get out of this business!"
Don Jacobs, Astrologer

| Issue | Synopsis |
| May, 2004 |
The recent war in Iraq -- the latest chapter of WW III, aka the War On Terrorism -- has unfolded on time. Cosmic clockwork time. The forecast given last year has come to pass with the expected results, and now it's time to confront the possibilities in the year or two ahead. The main targets in this issue are the presidency of George W Bush and the USA. It's a time when I'd much rather not see what I do, nor perceive it as such. At the moment, it's my cup to drink. Yet, these are indeed times that may try many souls.

| March, 2003 |
There comes a time when we should all lighten up and there's no time like the present. We have only one straight arrow in this month's quiver, but, true to our name, that too will wander off to the witty since our bow is strung with 50% silly putty. We'll try that one straight shot on the subject of Politics, but trying to hit what is often a circus of cacophonous clowns, is a tough moving target. Finally, it's time to introduce the character of the quasi-legendary Dr Zod, The 10,000 Year Olde Astrologer, who'll fashion all remaining arrows from the ancient funny bones of the non-extinct Humanasaurus Duffus. "Life, is too damn important to be taken seriously," cries the cosmic curmudgeon, as he takes no prisoners in his major life's mission - to flip a banana peel under every Sign in the Zodiac.

| February, 2003 |
We'll aim our arrows directly into the stormy winds of war and conflict, and let the fierce winds give them level flight. If I'm lucky, as the winds subside they will also settle level, and float upon healing waters. I feel lucky. Spirituality and Religion are targets this month, continuing the Pisces emphasis of the last issue and integrating the Sagittarius focus of the September '02 issue. We'll draw a rainbow arrow from the quiver and take aim at innocent inspiration from the Pisces tale of The Wizard Of Oz, and talk to the inner child in young and old. It is most fearful and least rational in the adults facing life that appears to be solely "in the worst of times."

| January, 2003 |
This month's quiver holds a shower of arrows - Uranus "peeks" into the Sign Pisces. From miracles to madness, revolutionary change is at hand.
Also - The "Showdown at The Baghdad Corral." From now on we should be hearing of little else.
|
| December, 2002 |
'Tis The Capricorn Season - Survival, Success, Prosperity. December, the twelfth month of our solar cycle, ends with the Sun entering Capricorn. Santa Claus and his shadow, Ebenezer Scrooge, are but two of the many global Capricorn "winter myths" that bear the same essential message and are the ones most familiar in our culture.
Also - The Ghost of Ebenezer Past, "We get too soon old, and too late smart" and Forcasts Past and Future.
|
| November, 2002 |
The End Times - Scary title isn't it? That's because most of the folks who are constantly pulling it out of their trick-or-treatise Bible bag count on it -to scare the daylights out of you. There are two major points of scriptural reference to which the term applies. We will be treating the biblical prophecies concerning the time of the ingathering of all Twelve Tribes of ancient Israel.
|
| October, 2002 |
World War III - IRAQniphobia? There are a number of major factors in play in this drama. I'll focus upon what's likely to happen and why.
Facing the Fourth Dimension - The truth even NASA can't face. It has been speculated that there are likely the remains of an advanced culture on Mars as much as 500,000 years old.
The Economy - The continuing additional revelations of bogus accounting schemes, prosecutions, and all the messy cleanup in the financial arena referred to last month are a major factor in forcing more reality in the economic equation, but we still have a long way to go.
|
| September, 2002 |
World War III - Once more, into the breech... America has a history of initially underrating and/or incorrectly evaluating key aspects of its major conflicts. WW III is no exception.
The Economy - Bulls, Bears, Bubbles and Baloney.
