We finished the WWIII section last month promising to visit the Iraq matter in this issue. It was anticipated then that this would really heat up about now and it looks like we haven't been disappointed.

World War III - IRAQniphobia?

"Gentlemen, I believe my nose has just detected the distinct odor of performing seals."

A phrase (spoken in a thick French accent) that echoes back in my memory from an unforgettable political science professor, the sly Dr Peters. It was his classic response whenever he saw operettas like the current Showdown at the Baghdad Corral in dress rehearsal. As soon as Bush drew the line in the sands of ancient Babylon, it was clear by the preliminary official reactions from the key international players (excluding Iraq) that something was amiss. Their initial responses sounded a bit too hesitant, somewhat hollow, as if they were feeling their way into a role - the character they would each play in the upcoming performance. Dearhearts, believe me, there's no way the international diplomatic community had not been sounded out - the money deals cut - and everyone handed their script before the first act curtain went up. Those who didn't know they were part of the cast still had a script - this is a crafty author who knows what these "type cast" players will say anyway.

There are a number of major factors in play in this drama, both personal as well as political. It is not my purpose to explore these factors here; there are a lot of folks doing that already. This focus is upon what's likely to happen and why. For whatever combination of reasons, George Bush is clearly committed in his determination to accomplish his goal. But just what is his goal? Is it to remove Saddam Hussein from power using direct - I'll go it alone if I have to - all out military force? Or is it to remove Saddam Hussein from power? Methinks it's the latter.

The key to understanding what George is up to is to understand his chart dynamics and the personal history of how those elements have been expressed in his life.

George has a fairly tight conjunction in his chart between Jupiter and the Moon. Men with this aspect are notorious for relying on the wisdom and guidance of a knowledgeable woman who is usually kept close by for schmoozing over strategy. It's even more likely with George since his conjunction is in the sign Libra and falls in his third process (house) of conscious communication. His current sage is Condeleeza Rice; consistently, there have been others in the past. Condie loves football and knows the game backwards. Some folks say she's good enough to coach. I say she already calling the plays. He tells her what he wants to do and she tells him how to do it. He wants Saddam, preferably on a platter, but as long as he's cooked well enough to kill the bacteria, it doesn't matter. George will even wait it out till he's slow smoked! With his natal Mercury conjunct Pluto, and both conjunct the Leo Ascendant, he's not only convinced he's absolutely right, he's certain your subconscious agrees with him. Furthermore, he's willing to wait till the cows come home, which is especially true in this situation.

It's tempting for many to think George is a stubborn dummy. Dangerous thinking. This is the chart of someone who, if feigning simplistic perspectives and downright naiveté, is about as dumb as a fox. A fox that goes down to the pond every morning to drink - and think - with the wise swan, Condie. She's definitely no dummy and has an excellent grasp of the rules of the international sport of politics. Every possible response and counter reaction has been factored into the game plan. It's an agenda without attachment or dependence upon any single method of accomplishing its goal. At the moment, it's an international good cop - bad cop routine - at times the routine is pure Keystone Cops!

The objective is to wear and tear Saddam down in every conceivable fashion with an array of overt and (no holds barred) covert activities. He's already making international concessions to the "good cops" and is running around cutting new deals for support from important factions within his borders. Keep him dancing - make him dizzy. Make him feel like he just took a full swing at a golf ball in a tile bathroom. What else is a self styled "good ole boy from west Texas" to do but keep firing rounds over that oil rustler's head while the US Rangers are creeping up, under and all around the varmint. Make no mistake about it, he is prepared to put an army in the sand if necessary, but first, he's going to see what shakes out of this first sand storm.

Most of the indications, astrological included, point to an extended effort in this campaign. The strategy was formulated during the year while the planet Jupiter was transiting through George's twelfth house - the perfect time for garnering support, making plans and pulling strings from behind the scenes. Then Jupiter broke through the first house early in September and finally when it conjunct Bush's function of communication, his natal Mercury (at nine degrees of Leo) in mid September, George had something important to say. So he got up and said it to a bunch of important people - at the United Nations. George isn't going it alone, just going any way he can get there. He knows anything can happen down the road if he steps on the gas and keeps the pedal to the metal - maybe some good ole Texas road kill is right around the bend. In any event, he's got plenty of gas and plenty of time. That Jupiter conjunct his natal Mercury transit in September that put him before the UN is coming back again, with even greater support from more powerful planetary dynamics in the months ahead. It reoccurs next year on Feb 28 and may 8 so the issue could play out as far as the last date. What are most interesting are the fortunate transits for Bush at the end of the year. There is a distinct possibility of some good news and extra yuletide celebrations in the White House.

Meanwhile, back at the Baghdad Corral things aren't looking so hot. In fact it's a good thing Saddam doesn't do Christmas otherwise he'd be having a scrooge of a time this year.

A tough chart and a tough guy. I can see how he was capable of committing his first murder at age 10, go home and catch some shut-eye. The police found him less than an hour later asleep with the gun, still warm, under the pillow. It's so sweet how kids get attached to their favorite toys. In answer to the question as to what mischief he is capable of, with this chart, I'd say the sky's the limit. What is chilling are a couple of unique astrological similarities he shares with another nasty fellow named Adolph Hitler. It's probably just a coincidence, but I'm still feeling a draft. He has an amazing amount of self-control but at the same time he is now facing an array of planetary mischief to match his own and then some. The heavens mixed up a foul brew for him to drink this year. His Uranus square to Mercury transit continues to contribute to a current state of mind that's quite negatively suggestible - an irrational tendency to go in the opposite direction of any pressure - however reasonable. He won't listen to anybody now, even for his own good.

Challenging squares this year from Neptune to natal Uranus and from Pluto to natal Neptune often produce the kind of mistakes that could easily sweep him along the tide of these powerful collective forces to his ultimate demise. The last one happens on Dec 28, just in time for the holidays. Humbug! Moreover, he now faces as much danger from within as without. When you mix in few more nasty major transits in play this year into Saddam's brew, it's guaranteed to boil the ice water in his veins. This is his cosmic cocktail and it's one he can't give to one of his doubles to drink. He could make it through next year, considering the strong survival instincts in his chart - anything's possible. I wouldn't put any money on it.

Mercury will turn stationary direct on Sunday, October 6 - just in time for a new moon. Be sure to pick up the Sunday newspapers. The rhetoric will increase to a fever pitch in the week prior and climax on a day when the planets are pushing all kinds of buttons in both Bush and Saddam's charts. Listen carefully then. The issues will crystallize at that moment and the curtain will go up for Act II of Showdown at the Baghdad Corral. The Sunday papers always have a nice theatre section; unfortunately sometimes it shows up on the front page. It could be high comedy were it not already written as a somber tragedy.

Next month we will delve into a subject related to the current war that, so far, hasn't shown the tiniest blip on the radar screen. The reunification of Germany and the collapse of the Soviet Union weren't on the radar screen back in 1986 either when they were forecast. The contents of this next subject may have an impact upon the Arab-Israeli imbroglio on a par with the impact that the events forecast in 1986 had on the outcome of the Cold War. Facing the Fourth Dimension - The truth even NASA can't face.

This is the original photo of an anomalous feature on the Martian surface sent back from the Viking orbiter camera in 1976. This is the "face" that launched a thousand lies. Many have seen it on the cover of tabloids, derided in mainstream publications and generally get the impression that "science" has officially proved it a hoax, "a trick of light and shadow" and gosh, ain't nature weird sometimes. This is also the "face" that launched a thousand questions, leading a growing number of scientists to discoveries with breathtaking implications for humanity.

Of course when asked to explain this pyramidal structure lying nearby, the light and shadow story gets filed away by the talking heads and out pops some outrageous speculative geological codswallop. You see, the problem is that there's a bunch more ancient structures, pyramidal and otherwise - as well as the infamous "face" - all sprawled across the plain of Cydonia on the red planet. That's a lot of tricky lights and shadows!

It has been speculated that they are likely the remains of an advanced culture as much as 500,000 years old. More importantly, the complex mathematical signatures within these gigantic individual structures and their intricate geometric relationship to each other, reveals - and is repeated with extreme redundancy - the complex principles of what is known as tetrahedral geometry. Wow, is nature weird or what?

It deals with the rather abstract mathematical principles of fourth dimensional dynamics manifesting within our familiar third dimensional (physical) reality. The principles inherent in tetrahedral geometry form the basis for what is now being called hyperdimensional physics. One of the many fallouts of this is that applied hyperdimensional physics will easily produce a revolutionary energy source free of any ecological hangovers and pretty darn near free, to boot. Again, I remind you, it's just one of the fallouts of this investigation.

The range of implications of this subject are nothing short of humongous - for all of the various power industries and the myriad associated technologies they feed, as well as for entire nations and cultures. I'm sure the folks at NASA, etal, have read the Brookings Report on the extent of the worldwide panic that would ensue if information of this nature wasn't "carefully managed" to avoid a global species meltdown. But they weren't counting on the World Wide Web back in the '70s and '80s when the kind of stuff like junkets and trinkets for science reporters was enough to stroke their egos and help keep the lid on things. Still the extent of the chicanery employed against full disclosure is truly impressive. Historically, in such situations, the higher the dam - the deeper the flood. It's a matter of time.

When the history of the last three decades is written in the decades ahead, this story may emerge as perhaps the greatest cover-up in America's history. I have been following this closely since 1992 and have no doubt as to the basic veracity of the research and position on this and its related issues put forth by the team of scientists led by Richard C. Hoagland of The Enterprise Mission. Volumes have been written, documentaries filmed and countless scientific papers and articles produced on this subject - it would be impossible for me to even attempt a synopsis. A good place to start exploring the subject is at the Enterprise Mission web site and perhaps the most appropriate introduction is to go to the link provided below, a particular section within this site. This is an attractively illustrated article on the subject of hyperdimensional physics that I strongly urge you to follow as best you can since it does, of necessity, weave a technical tale. It's well written, however, and you can get the flow of the core principles as you read on. I'm sure you'll find it increasingly fascinating. The real kicker comes at the end of Part III, when, believe it or not, astrology enters the picture in a most surprising way. But I won't spoil the ending.

When will this all break? Hard to say since so many areas of life are directly affected - including my own profession. Isolating and assessing the planetary protocol against the significant collective issues in play at this moment in history is a daunting task, but I'm working on it. My sense is that it will be difficult to leave this decade with the blanket of obfuscation intact. If and when I can see the logic in the timing, you'll be the first to know.

The Economy -

The continuing additional revelations of bogus accounting schemes, prosecutions, and all the messy cleanup in the financial arena referred to last month are a major factor in forcing more reality in the economic equation, but we still have a long way to go. I warned that more heads will roll and they have. While I hadn't intended to include much if any material in this area this month, there is something that does bear mentioning since it will likely begin before the next issue is out. There is occurring at the end of this month what should be a significant moment in the cyclical activity of the stock market. Astro-economists are pointing to the period between October 29 and November 5 as a strong candidate for the end of this leg of the bear market. The next substantial shift will come between one and one half to two years from now. Makes sense to me. It should be interesting to see how it unfolds.
